# Vitextra ❤️ Nonprofits

Nonprofit organizations do a lot with very little. To make that a bit easier, Vitextra offers **registered nonprofits a 50% discount** on all our applications and services — every product, every plan, every renewal.

## Eligible Organizations

The discount is available to nonprofit, non-governmental organizations that operate on a not-for-profit basis and whose mission includes, but is not limited to:

- promoting human rights
- relieving poverty
- preserving culture and heritage
- protecting or restoring the environment
- health, education or community support

## How to Apply

Create an account on [vitextra.com](https://vitextra.com) with a business email address on your organization's own domain — this is how we match the account to the nonprofit.

Submit the application form at [sppro.org/nonprofit](https://sppro.org/nonprofit). Once it is approved, the 50% discount applies to all future payments on that account.

## Processing Time

Applications are reviewed within seven days. In most cases we reply sooner, and we will contact you if we need more information about your organization.

## How the Discount Is Applied

Once your application is approved, the discount is applied automatically to every purchase made from your account — there is no code to enter.

You will see it in your cart and on the payment page, as shown below:

### Terms and Conditions

#### Ineligible Organizations

The following are not eligible for the nonprofit discount:

- individuals;
- private foundations;
- schools, colleges and universities;
- government organizations and agencies;
- commerce and trade associations.

#### Nondiscrimination Policy

Organizations that discriminate in hiring, compensation, termination, promotion or retirement on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation are not eligible for this program.

#### Program Terms

Participants must agree to Vitextra's [terms and conditions](https://vitextra.com/en/terms-and-conditions).

- The discount is personal to the approved organization; transfer or resale is prohibited.
- It does not apply to purchases made before approval.
- Vitextra may modify or end the program at any time.
- Vitextra may refuse a sale to any participant at its sole discretion.
