No. All Vitextra products provided on a subscription basis charges subscriber per tenant.
You can add or remove users from your tenant without affecting the subscription.
For example, Employee Directory license is 49$ per month no matter how many users you have, how many sites, and Teams tabs where you use the web part.
If the new SharePoint Farm has a different Farm ID you need to apply a new license.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
For SharePoint on-premise, there is only one type of license - Farm License. Therefore, it does not matter how many servers are on your farm; you can add a server to your SharePoint farm without affecting the license.
For SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, Vitextra provide subscription-based applications requiring tenant licenses with no limitations on the number of users.
Yes. License activation is based on the specific Farm ID. Once you activated a license in a Farm it becomes bound to the farm and can not be applied in another farm.
The trial period for all Vitextra products is 14 days and can not be extended. The trial period begins as soon as you have installed the product.
No. You don't need to uninstall the trial version. You just need to activate the product.
No. Trial version has no limitations.

For all Vitextra products you need one license key per SharePoint farm. No matter how many servers or users you have.
Once the software has been delivered to you, we don't provide refunds. Trial period of all our products is 40 days and we think this allows any customer to test the product before making a purchase
No. All purchased products have no expiration date.
If you have active Business or Enterprise subscription you can create new support requests and track created ones on Support Requests page.
